Garage & Drain Tile Maintenance:

Your Garage & Drain Tiles should last for years with proper care and maintenance.

• Sweep the Garage Tile as needed to remove surface dirt, sand, rocks and other abrasive material that may scratch or cut the surface finish.
• For day-to-day cleaning, sweep and wash the Garage Tile with water and a degreaser. Solvent-based solutions can be used to clean ground-in dirt or stains. Do not use a hard scrub brush.
• If desired, the Garage Tile can be separated and moved to the driveway to be cleaned and dried. It is normal for moisture to appear between the garage tile and the garage floor. If desired, remove the garage tile from the garage floor and allow tile to dry.
• NOTE: Temperatures ranging from 0°F to 150°F will have no adverse effect on the tile floor covering.
